WHERE DOES "YOUR" LEGISLATOR STAND ON TIP CREDIT

Minnesota State Representatives and Minnesota State Senators are in the process of being contacted to determine their position regarding support

for a Tip Credit amendment to any legislation that increases minimum wage in Minnesota.  As their positions are determined on this issue, their names

and contact information will be listed under the following three “Tabs” …

SUPPORTS TIP CREDIT            OPPOSES TIP CREDIT              UNDECIDED

It is not always the case, but in situations like this when the issue is not overly complicated and a legislator is asked if they will support a specific position

(in this case a Tip Credit amendment) and they respond that they are undecided, it generally means they are likely to oppose it. If your legislator is listed as

opposing Tip Credit or is listed as undecided, then please contact them and ask them why they oppose Tip Credit or why they are undecided.
